Ian asked: Why do breweries use barley (polysaccharide) intead of glucose (monosaccharide) the product of mashing the germinated barley granules? Is using barley cost effective? Is it the taste that the barley gives it? Or is it just tradition? Are There Beers That Use Just The Monosaccharide In Their Fermintaion?

PeguinBackPacker asked: Which out of the four is a better idea to start up with when starting with little or no capital? Bottled water factory? Soda pop? My own energy drink brand or my own line of beer or liquor?
