Ace asked: We are trying to re-mortgage our premises and have recently been granted planning permission including the development of a bar / restaurant.
The problem is that the finance company will not release funds due to a covenant placed on the building many years back by a local brewery. The covenant restricts the opening of any further licenced premises within a certain radius.
Clearly most of these breweries have moved on but the covenant still exists which the finance company has stated will effect the value of the building.
Can the brewery set the figure to release the covenant, if so are there any laws which prevents them from taking advantage of the situation?
Many thanks.

jennybean7985 asked: i found a recipe for a beer can chicken and it looks delicious but i was just wondering if the chicken takes on the flavor of the beer? i know the alcohol content is gone once its cooked but does the chicken have a beer-y taste to it?
since i tend to use herbs and lemon on the chicken i was going to use sam adams summer ale and just transfer it from the bottle into a clean aluminum can…does that sound good
for anyone who has made one..what beer do u prefer to use and why?

Crash D asked: I met a guy that injured his arm fighting for us (United States) in the war. I wanted to buy him a beer (I figured it’s the least I could do to thank him for risking his life for our country).
He is under 21… Is it wrong for me to buy him a beer?

Joyous asked: My husband has *** moments. Spends a day shopping for shoes, or decorating the house and then has moments of “manly time”. Do all men think they are fooling us with the beer drinking and the football moments? Its just a cover up right?

patzky99 asked: large commercial breweries have taken much of the character and individual flavor out of their products in order to appeal to the masses. but local microbreweries have attracted strong followings due to their willingness to try ingredients and brewing techniques that are ‘unexpected’. these unique products are becoming increasingly sought after as desirable alternatives to the mcbeers available everywhere else. part of their appeal is their unique local character. many wineries do this as well, because a portion of their appeal is in the search for distinctive, regional and local flavors. can these lessons be applied to micro-agriculture as well? can the smallest of farms (perhaps the word ‘farm’ does not even apply in the traditional sense) carve out a niche with a specialty product and be successful in marketing and producing it? what challenges/advantages would there be in doing so?
